Sarah Jessica Parker, 59, slammed for wearing sheer dress that flaunts her figure – “She’s too old”

Aging is a weird thing. Most individuals would tell you that the most confusing thing is when you change how you seem on the outside but your inner self doesn’t change.

It’s also puzzling that some people make fun of other people who are becoming older, when their appearance starts to show it. As though they themselves won’t undoubtedly encounter the same procedure down the road?

Whatever the situation, we at Newsner vehemently oppose disparaging someone or publicly critiquing their appearance, which is why it seems to occur so frequently, particularly in the case of celebrities.

Regretfully, the internet has made it far too simple for people to express hurtful beliefs without worrying about criticism or retaliation. We’re not saying people shouldn’t be allowed to voice their thoughts; rather, we’re saying that if you don’t have anything good to say, you really oughtn’t be saying it.

This week, it was the turn of renowned actress Sarah Jessica Parker to face criticism on social media for her choice of attire while filming And Just Like That.

SJP, who is now 59 years old, has been well-known for a very long time after quickly climbing the celebrity ladder following the explosive success of Sex and the City. She will therefore probably be well-versed in the shifting and chopping of online opinions.

Nevertheless, she may not have anticipated some of the offensive remarks made on a photo she uploaded this week from the set of And Just Like That, the Sex and the City sequel.

In the picture, Jessica Parker—who gained notoriety for her portrayal of Carrie—was seen wearing a flimsy, nude dress that showed off her black bra and orange underwear combination.

However, some individuals took issue with the costume, even if the bulk of comments were just meant to show support for the actress.

Yeah, why did they assume her style would be like this in her 50s?” pondered one person on Instagram.

“She’s too old,” added another.

A third said: “Clothes are horrible, terrible fashion.”

Others were rather kinder in their assessments, writing things like: “Carrie hasn’t aged a day.”

“The cutest 🤍 our Carrie is backkk,” another said.

A third added: “Queen queen queen 👸🏼👸🏼👸🏼“

What do you think to Sarah Jessica Parker’s outfit? Let us know in the comments.
