The compelling and heartbreaking story of Sylvester Stallone’s mother

One of the most well-known actors in the world, Sylvester Stallone, has been able to support his career for many years by appearing in highly regarded movies all around the world. He is adored by all.

Do you, however, know his mother? Jackie Stallone, who is she? She is not only Sylvester Stallone’s mother; her life story is also noteworthy.

Jackie Stallone was an intriguing individual who enjoyed getting cosmetic treatments done, but she was honest and upfront about this. She was born in Washington, D.C., in 1921.

Her mother was a Brittany-born Parisian socialite of French ancestry, while her father, John, was a well-known lawyer in the city.

At the age of 15, Jackie made the decision to leave her home in order to perform with the Flying Wallenda for the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus. Jackie was a very active and athletic young lady.

Although he wanted her to become a well-known lawyer, her father was not at all pleased with her choice to pursue her ambition of being an acrobat.

Jackie, a former trapeze artist, was lucky to be able to follow her passion for theatrical acting and seek a career on Broadway. She afterward went back to her hometown and started a TV station workout program.

Jackie was able to forge her own path at the time by eschewing certain conventional notions and beliefs, even though none of this seems significant right now.

Jackie was the first female host of a fitness-related television program in Washington, D.C., in the 1950s. Jackie made the decision to start her own gym that was exclusively for women because it was difficult for women to do many things at the time, including coming to the gym.

She claimed that the government spent a lot of time attempting to shut down her business because it included a controversial monument of a woman doing weights.

Jackie originally met hairstylist-turned-occasional-actor Frank Stallone Sr. in 1945. Sylvester Stallone was born the following year.

Jackie claimed that the baby’s body was twisted since the physicians’ activities during the birth were improper and the labor was exceedingly difficult.

Jackie chose to proceed despite Sylvester’s face being half paralyzed and the damage to his tongue, lips, and chin in order for her son to be able to speak normally.

After having their second child, Jackie and Frank separated, leaving her to raise both kids by herself. On the wrestling show GLOW: Beautiful Women of Wrestling, Jackie made an appearance. In the 1990s, she started her career as an astrologer and rose to fame in the entertainment sector.

The popular astrology book Star Power: An Astrological Guide to Supersuccess was then released by her. In the years that followed, Jackie made a number of TV appearances and even started making face masks and cosmetics. Nonetheless, due to how severely her appearance was altered, she mostly gained notoriety as a result of cosmetic surgery.

Although it is unknown how many cosmetic procedures Jackie actually underwent, she stated in a 2013 interview that she had around 50 injections and three chemical peels.

Jackie continued to receive these treatments even after becoming 91, but after a few more years, she voiced regret for receiving so many.

The media fiercely criticized Jackie’s appearance after she admitted that she had overdone the amount of filler. She was one of the few who understood the full extent of her practices and the pressing need to put an end to them.

Despite the several treatments she had to have, Jackie continued to take care of her so she could maintain a healthy lifestyle and continue to participate in sports.

At the age of over 100, Jackie passed away, as announced by her son Frank in September 2020. Many people submitted brief comments on Jackie because she was so adored by others. Jackie passed away peacefully at her Los Angeles home.
