At first, the pictures don’t seem alarming. A few reddish spots. Some unusual circles scattered across the skin. Nothing that immediately looks dangerous. But sometimes, the smallest changes can reveal a much bigger problem.

It began with something easy to dismiss. A faint irritation on her husband’s wrist. Then a few small bumps appeared on his hand. He blamed dry skin, allergies, and eventually the new soap they had started using.

She wanted to believe him.

But his behavior had changed too.
