Faith Hill can’t hold back her tears

As Faith Hill paid her respects to the late country music singer Loretta Lynn on October 4, the day after her close friend Loretta Lynn passed away, she had a difficult time containing her emotions and fighting back tears.

The 1883 star’s husband Tim McGraw joined her on stage at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville to celebrate Loretta’s extraordinary life. The event was held in her honor. At the age of 90 and while she was sleeping at her home in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee, Loretta passed away peacefully.

A star-studded crowd attended CMT’s Coal Miner’s Daughter: A Celebration of the Life and Music of Loretta Lynn, which was broadcast on Sunday. The event was held in memory of the late singer Loretta Lynn.

During Faith’s speech, as she talked about Loretta and the two of them becoming friends, she tried multiple times to keep the tears from falling, and her husband was there to comfort her.

She went on to say that we consider it a privilege and are thankful to be here, as it is not too distant from the beginning of our treasured friendship. “And to celebrate the extraordinary woman that she was and the great life that she led.

“Loretta was brutally honest about the difficulties and benefits of being a wife and mother,” the author writes. She performed songs about love, lying, cheating, having babies and not having babies, and having babies and not having babies.

The belief continued. She had no fear and exuded an incredible amount of pride in both who she was as a person and her heritage, as well as in the way that she lived her life. She did more than just push the boundaries for women in country music; she completely shattered them.

She provided us with this exciting new space to explore so that we could find our own ways to dream and fly in the music that we create, the careers that we have, and the lives that we lead. She was always kind to all of us, friendly, and helpful whenever we needed her. Everyone in this room has a tale in them, just waiting to be told. She was amusing to be around and had an incredible insight.

Faith struggled to hold back her tears as she addressed Loretta and stated, “I am honored to have spent time in your company.” I am grateful for all of the memories that I have shared with you throughout the years.

“It is an honor for me to be able to follow you down the artistic path that you paved for all of us. I am proud of this opportunity.” I am pleased to say that I am a woman working in country music.
