🍗 Honey Garlic Chicken Bites
đź“ť Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- Salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp oil
Sauce:
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and crispy.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add honey, soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, and vinegar. Stir well.
- Return chicken to the pan and toss until fully coated in the sticky sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
