No way!” — Trump’s actual weight shocks the nation.

President Donald Trump’s cognitive health has once again taken center stage in the 2024 presidential race — and now, the results of his latest cognitive assessment are in.

According to a statement released by Trump’s medical team this week, the 78-year-old GOP frontrunner “aced” the test, scoring perfect marks on a standardized cognitive exam administered earlier this month.

“President Trump remains in excellent cognitive and neurological health,” the statement reads. “He shows no signs of cognitive decline and demonstrates superior memory, attention, and reasoning abilities for his age.”

🧪 What Test Did He Take?

Sources familiar with the report say Trump underwent the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) — a 10-minute screening tool commonly used to detect early signs of memory loss and cognitive impairment.

The MoCA evaluates various mental functions, including:

  • Short-term memory recall
  • Visuospatial abilities
  • Executive function
  • Attention
  • Language
  • Orientation to time and place

Trump famously took the same test during his presidency in 2018, boasting that he “aced it” and that doctors were “amazed” by his performance. The test includes questions like drawing a clock, identifying animals, repeating word lists, and performing simple math.

🗣️ Trump Reacts

In classic Trump fashion, the former president didn’t hold back when discussing his results at a recent rally in Ohio.

“They gave me the hardest questions. Memory, logic, problem solving — nobody gets them all right. But I did. Perfect score,” Trump said to roaring applause. “Joe Biden couldn’t pass that test on his best day.”

Trump also used the moment to take a swipe at President Biden, whose age and cognitive sharpness have been questioned by conservative commentators and some voters ahead of the 2024 election.

⚖️ Experts Weigh In

While some neurologists caution that the MoCA is not a comprehensive intelligence or aptitude test, they agree it’s a useful tool for ruling out early signs of dementia or cognitive decline.

“A perfect score doesn’t mean someone is a genius,” said Dr. Lisa Kamara, a neurologist at Johns Hopkins. “But it does indicate there’s no evidence of clinical cognitive impairment — which is relevant for someone seeking public office at an advanced age.”

🧓 Age & Politics Collide

Both Trump (78) and Biden (82) would be the oldest presidents in U.S. history if elected for another term. As health becomes a growing topic in the 2024 campaign, voters are increasingly scrutinizing not just policy platforms, but physical and mental fitness as well.

For now, Trump’s latest test results may offer a temporary reprieve from criticism — and another talking point for his campaign trail.
