Sad news regarding Lynda Carter

Lynda Carter, who was married to Robert A. Altman for 37 years, posted a moving obituary for her deceased spouse on social media.

The 73-year-old Wonder Woman actress from the 1980s has opened up about the loss of her husband, Robert, a week after his passing.

The now-69-year-old actress wed Robert in 1984, and the two of them went on to have two children: James and Jessica. The actress gained fame on television for playing a female superhero.

Lynda expressed her sadness that the “love of my life” was no longer with her by posting a memorial and a few black and white pictures of the couple when they were first dating.

“My much-loved husband Robert A. Altman passed away one week ago today,” Lynda wrote in a post to Instagram.

Robert has been and will always be my one and only real love.

After that, Lynda continued, “Our 37 years of marriage were an incredible gift to each other.” We connected over the passion I believe everyone should have the chance to experience at least once in their lives.

We continually fought for one other’s rights and watched out for each other’s safety.

The former Miss World USA candidate Lynda said that their children were the “biggest joy of Robert’s [life].”

In addition, she continued, “I know he continues to live on through them because I see so much of Robert in them.”

Jessica, James, and I would want to thank you, Lynda wrote in a letter that she also sent to her audience. We particularly enjoy hearing about your encounters with Robert at concerts or as a result of his work in the video game business. He had a great time getting to know you and hearing your stories.

Robert was the Chief Executive Officer of the video game company ZeniMax; the exact cause of his passing is still unknown.

The deceased’s son, James, remarked that his passing occurred much too quickly.

Lynda then praised Robert once more, stating, “You are the most respectable person that I have ever had the chance to know.”

“And I was given the chance to be your wife and your children’s mother. I am extremely appreciative of all the love you have brought into my life.

Nothing could have prepared our family for this situation, but we will do our best to uphold your legacy and pursue our goals. I appreciate everything you’ve done, and I swear to love you forever and always.
