She plunged to her death from a Los Angeles hotel

Brit Isabelle Thomas’s dad said he “has no idea why this happened” after his daughter died when she jumped from a hotel in Los Angeles.

The 39-year-old mother, who was married to Killers of the Flower Moon producer Bradley Thomas, died Monday night when she fell from the Hotel Angeleno.

The British socialite was discovered dead by the hotel pool.

The coroners in LA County have confirmed that Isabelle killed herself, and it is thought that she did not leave a note.

Sir Henry Lawrence, 7th Baronet of Lucknow, her sad father, told The Sun about his daughter’s death, “I have no idea why this happened or what was bothering her.” It’s so awful.”

He said: “I was last in contact with her a couple of weeks ago.”

TMZ heard that the 39-year-old fell from a high floor.

She was the daughter of Sir Lawrence and Penelope Nunan, who used to be married to him.

She and her older brother Christopher Lawrence grew up in the Cotswolds.

She went to the private King Edward’s School and Prior Park College in Bath as a child.

She got her degree in neuroscience from Oxford University.

In 1993, after 14 years of marriage, her parents split up.

When she was done with school, she spoke at the UN and The World Bank, and David Cameron, the former British prime minister, hired her as a tech adviser.

Isabelle was also known for enjoying going out at night.

In old social media posts, she talks about working as a DJ on the side and going to events in London.

She changed her address and went to California to work as a producer and consultant.

The mom was on the Advisory Board for the UCLA Center of Storytellers and Scholars.

In 2018, she married Bradley Thomas.

They have twin daughters named Poppy and Grace, and Isabelle is also the stepmother to Luke and Charlie, who are older than her husband.

The last time they were seen together was at the 2024 BAFTA Tea Party in Beverly Hills on January 13.

During her time as a DJ, the young socialite made friends with famous people like Amy Winehouse, James Blake, and Jameela Jamil.

An Instagram post from fellow Brit Jamil, who is dating Blake, said she lost a friend very quickly.

“My heart is completely and utterly broken and I don’t think I will ever recover,” she said.

“I didn’t tell her I loved her when I had the chance.” Hold her one more time.”

The sad news comes after Bradley Thomas was nominated for an Oscar for Best Picture.

Bradley has helped make a lot of successful movies, like “There’s Something About Mary” and “Dumb and Dumber.”
